The "Subscriptions" tab centralizes changing plan, the number of seats (one seat = one active workspace), and access to the Stripe portal for payment methods and invoices.
Open the settings, "Subscriptions" tab.
To change plan, choose a card then "Confirm": the update is immediate, Stripe applies a proration, and the billing period restarts that same day.
To adjust seats, open the seats box and confirm: the change is applied immediately with proration.
For cards, invoices, and receipts, click "Open the Stripe portal" in "Payment methods & invoices."
Good to know
The number of seats cannot drop below the number of active workspaces (archived or being-deleted workspaces are not billable seats). The "Minimum N" message explains this and invites you to archive or delete workspaces to reduce it.
When changing plan, the remaining credits of the current plan are converted into carryover bonus credits, available immediately.
A downgrade can be scheduled: the banner shows the new plan and the effective date (or the date until which access is maintained).
The Stripe portal opens in your interface language (language cookie, then user preference).
