Each contact carries a status specific to the campaign, which follows its lifecycle: imported, QR generated, sent, then scanned. The status is stored per campaign (the same contact can be "Ready" here and "Sent" elsewhere).
Good to know
"Imported" (Draft): the contact is in the campaign but does not yet have a QR.
"Ready" (Ready): its QR code(s) are generated, it is ready to export and send.
"Sent" (Sent): marked as sent, manually via "Mark sent" or in bulk. Marking Sent logs a "campaign sent" activity in Pipedrive.
"Scanned" (Flashed): at least one scan of its QR has been recorded (the status changes automatically to Scanned on the first scan).
Reopening a contact already sent is possible but does not recall anything already sent (a warning message is shown). You can filter the list by status via "Filter status."
