On the first visit of a workspace to the templates surface, QR Queen automatically seeds ready-to-use letterhead templates ("courrier en-tête"), adapted to the workspace's country.
Good to know
Three postal conventions are handled: "FR", "UK", and "US". They set the paper size (A4 for FR and UK, US Letter for US), the margins, and the position of the recipient and sender blocks and the date line. In France, the recipient block is right-aligned to fall in the envelope window.
The country is read from the workspace's Company Info. Failing that, QR Queen falls back to the default FR template.
The boilerplate text is localized: in French, the subject, the salutation ("Madame, Monsieur,"), the body, and the closing ("Cordialement,") are pre-filled, with the date in the form "{{company.town}}, le {{today}}".
The typography is fixed to Fraunces (headings) and Inter (body), and the primary color and the logo come from your brand. The workspace fonts are intentionally ignored here to guarantee a polished result.
The seeding is idempotent: it only runs on a workspace that has never been seeded and has no templates. If you delete the starter templates, they do not reappear.
