The terms you will come across most often in QR Queen.
Good to know
Frame: a QR placement in a template. A template can contain several frames, and QR Queen inserts a unique QR per contact into each.
Flashed: a contact sent AND then scanned. FLASHED status; it counts both in Sent and in Scans.
Reverse campaign: a campaign where the QR does not point to a known contact but to a lead-collection form; the scan creates a new prospect, possibly a deal at the Pipedrive "Reverse campaigns" stage.
Merge kit: the export combining the QR codes and a CSV file, meant for a layout in InDesign (data merge for printing).
Credit: the consumption unit; 1 credit = 1 QR (per frame). A period's consumption corresponds to the sum of the events over that period.
Contact statuses: IMPORTED, QR_CODE (QR ready), SENT, FLASHED (sent and scanned).
Workspace: the container for your campaigns, contacts, templates, and integrations. A workspace can be active, archived, or pending deletion.
Roles: OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER.
