CSV import is the simplest way to add contacts without a CRM. Two common pitfalls: formats damaged by a spreadsheet and duplicates.
Steps (a good import)
Import your file directly into QR Queen.
Check the column mapping.
Make sure the email column is present and correct.
Good to know
Do not route your file through Excel or Google Sheets before importing: these spreadsheets strip the leading zeros from phone numbers and postal codes (for example "01234" becomes "1234"). Import the original CSV directly into QR Queen.
Duplicates: re-importing a file without email can create duplicates, because the email serves as the matching key. Keep the email column so QR Queen recognizes a contact that is already present instead of creating a new one.
