Two exports are possible: a PDF (the template printed for each contact) and a "merge kit," a ZIP containing the QR images and a CSV for an InDesign or Word mail merge. Use the kit when your printer or studio lays out with a data merge.
From the campaign, open the "Actions" menu.
For the PDF: choose "Export all to PDF" (or "Export PDF" on a selection).
For the merge kit: choose the "QR codes + CSV (InDesign/Word merge)" export.
The export is queued; track its status (Pending, Queued, In progress, Done) on the "Exports" page, then download it.
Good to know
The ZIP kit contains, per contact, a QR image in SVG and PNG (high resolution), plus a contacts.csv file (semicolon separator, UTF-8) with the contact fields, the template's merge fields, the tracking link, and the QR file names.
Only "Ready" contacts (with a QR) and with no missing merge field are included; contacts missing a required piece of data are skipped. QR Queen can offer to "Mark Ready & export" contacts that are not ready yet.
The final download button is labeled "Download the ZIP (QR + CSV)." A PDF export downloads via "Download the PDF."
