The template (PDF model) defines the printed layout: text blocks, logos, QR code placements, and merge fields. You choose it on the "Template" step of the wizard.
On the "Template" step, browse the workspace's list of templates (shown as radio buttons).
Select a template, or choose the "No template" option (to add later).
Continue: if the template contains QR frames, the "QR links" step will offer one URL field per frame.
Good to know
When a workspace is created, QR Queen generates country-appropriate starter templates (letterhead and A5 postcard), with the right postal conventions: A4 and address block on the right for France, A4 for the United Kingdom, Letter format for the United States.
Templates use merge fields fed by your Company info and Brand (name, address, logo, colors, Fraunces/Inter fonts), plus per-contact fields (first name, last name, organization).
You can start without a template and attach one later from the campaign (preview tab), or design a new one in the editor.
