QR Queen separates two levels of settings: your personal preferences (in your profile) and the workspace settings. Personal preferences always take precedence; workspace settings apply on top.
Your personal preferences (Profile → Notifications)
"Weekly email recap" (emailWeeklyRecap): if you turn it off, you do not receive the recap for any workspace.
"In-app campaign events" (inAppCampaignEvents): the in-app bell noise.
They save on click (with a rollback on failure) and apply to the whole organization.
Workspace settings (Workspace settings → Notifications)
In-app notifications, weekly email, and Slack.
An "additional addresses" field to send the recap to recipients outside the team (separated by semicolons or commas).
Good to know
The distribution of the recap to members follows only each person's personal preference: there is no longer a member-by-member selection at the workspace level.
If your own weekly preference is turned off, a warning is shown next to the workspace setting with a link to turn it back on.
Critical integration outage alerts and transactional or security emails (verification, reset, 2FA codes) are always sent and cannot be disabled.
