Company and brand

Q
Written by QR Queen

These two tabs feed your prints: the company info fills the merge fields (mail merge) of your templates, and the brand supplies colors, fonts, and logos reused in the editor.

  1. Open the workspace settings, Company tab.

  2. Fill in the grid: Name, Tagline, Address (lines 1 to 3), Postal code, City, Region, Country, Phone, Email, Website.

  3. Switch to the Brand tab.

  4. Define up to three brand colors (Primary, Secondary, Other) using the picker or in hexadecimal, three preferred fonts, and upload your two logos (Primary and Alternate).

Good to know

  • Logos only accept SVG (vector) or PNG (lossless), so they stay sharp in print; JPEG and WEBP are rejected.

  • These settings are stored in the workspace "branding" JSON ("company" for the company, "brand" for the brand): no base structure to create.

  • A checklist step ticks itself as soon as a company field is filled in, and as soon as a color, a font, or a logo is set on the brand side.

  • Brand colors serve as shortcuts in the editor's color picker.
