Create a campaign (the 5 steps)

Q
Written by QR Queen

The creation wizard guides you through five steps to prepare a standard print campaign, from the name to generating the QR codes. Click "Create a campaign" from the campaign list to open it.

  1. "Information": enter the "Campaign name" (required, at least 2 characters, unique) and an optional "Description." A name already taken is rejected.

  2. "Template": choose the print PDF template, or the "No template" option (to add later).

  3. "QR links": define the destination URL(s) for the QR codes (see the dedicated article).

  4. "Contacts": indicate where the contacts come from, "From a CRM filter" (Pipedrive) or "Import later." If Pipedrive is connected, this is where you set the "Log events as CRM activities" option and deal creation after N scans.

  5. "Summary": check Name, Type (Standard), Template, Contacts, QR links, CRM options, then click "Create a campaign."

Good to know

  • The navigation buttons are "Back" (or "Cancel" on step 1) and "Continue"; the last step shows "Create a campaign." In edit mode, "Save and exit" appears.

  • The campaign type (Standard or Reverse) is chosen upfront: "Create a campaign" opens the standard flow, "Create a reverse campaign" opens the reverse flow (see Collection 3).

  • URLs you enter are normalized automatically (a bare domain gets the "https://" prefix).
