Receive QR Queen events (scans, weekly recap) directly in a Slack channel. The Slack connection is done once for the whole account; the channel is chosen per workspace.
Workspace settings → Notifications tab, Slack block.
Click "Connect Slack" and authorize the app.
Select a channel from the drop-down list.
Turn on "Post to Slack" and, if you wish, the Slack weekly recap.
Good to know
The Slack connection is at the account (organization) level: disconnecting removes Slack for all workspaces. A confirmation is requested.
The channel, however, is specific to each workspace.
Remember to invite the QR Queen bot into the chosen channel so it can post there.
If Slack is not configured on the platform side, the block indicates it and the connect button does not appear.
