Generation creates each contact's tracking QR code and moves their status to "Ready." This is the step that consumes your credits.
In the campaign's contact list, select one or more contacts (or all).
Click "Create a QR" (or, in bulk, "Mark all contacts as Ready" / "Create QR codes for all contacts").
Confirm in the "Generate the QR codes?" window that reminds you of the number of credits consumed.
The statuses move to "Ready" and the message "QR codes generated" appears.
Good to know
Billing: 1 credit = 1 QR per frame. A template with 3 QR frames therefore consumes 3 credits per contact.
Credits per period, per workspace: Free 20, Starter 200, Pro 1000, Enterprise 10000. Credits are spent at the time of generation, not at import.
A preliminary check rejects the whole batch if the remaining credits are insufficient ("Insufficient credits to generate the QR codes."); any bonus credits take over once the period quota is exhausted.
You first need a template that defines QR frames: with no frame, the message "No QR frame configured. Define a template first." appears.
