Create a reverse campaign and its form

Q
Written by QR Queen

The reverse wizard adds two steps specific to this mode: "Form" (the public capture form) and "CRM options" (what is created in Pipedrive). The flow therefore has six steps.

  1. Click "Create a reverse campaign."

  2. "Information": enter the name and, at creation, the number of "Pending contacts to create" (1 to 2000). QR Queen pre-creates that many empty contacts, each with its own unique QR.

  3. "Template" then "QR links": as in standard (destination after the form is filled).

  4. "Form": choose the requested fields (First name, Last name, Organization, Role, Phone, Email, plus your mapped ERP fields), mark those that are "Required," and apply your brand colors.

  5. "CRM options": set "Log events as CRM activities," deal creation after N scans, the Pipedrive owner, and check "Create an organization" / "Create a contact" / "Create an activity."

  6. "Summary": check (Type "Reverse," rows to create, CRM creation) and create.

Good to know

  • The form offers "Standard fields" and "ERP fields"; if there is no mapped ERP field yet, map Pipedrive fields during an import to make them available here.

  • With no brand color defined, a message points to "Workspace settings › Brand."

  • At creation, empty contacts and QR codes are pre-generated in bulk; a Pipedrive organization can be created for the campaign.
