Events and dashboard

Q
Written by QR Queen

The dashboard turns your scans into real time: every time a printed QR code is scanned, an event is recorded and feeds the chart and the activity feed.

What you see

  1. The headline indicators (KPIs): "Scans", "Leads", and "QR sent", with a "vs previous period" change.

  2. The "Campaign performance" chart that layers three series: "Scans" (the plum-colored area), "Sent", and "Forms filled" (two lines).

  3. The "Events for the period" feed, which lists the latest scans and form fills, each timestamped ("just now", "5 min ago", "2 d ago").

Good to know

  • The chart covers a 30-day window by default. You can change the granularity between "Daily events", "weekly", and "monthly" via the "Display" menu, and hide a series from "Series."

  • A scan with no identified contact appears as "Anonymous scan."

  • All dates and all numbers follow the active interface language (French here), not a fixed format.

  • Until the data is loaded, a neutral state is shown: the screen never wrongly announces "No data."
