Custom fields and CRM mapping

Q
Written by QR Queen

The "Custom fields" tab of the workspace settings links Pipedrive person custom fields to QR Queen, so you can show them in the table, import them, and use them as merge fields.

  1. Open the workspace settings, "Custom fields" tab.

  2. If Pipedrive is not connected, click "Go to integrations" to connect it first.

  3. Choose a Pipedrive field in the selector (search by name, key, and type; use "Sync" to refresh the list of fields).

  4. Optionally enter an alias, then click to "Add" the mapping. You can then edit it (pencil) or delete it (trash).

Good to know

  • The feature depends on the database schema: a banner shows "Up to date" or "Migrations required." If the schema is not up to date, adding a mapping is blocked and a message flags it.

  • Each mapped field becomes usable as a merge token (via its key, for example {{org_address_route}}) and feeds a column in the contact list.

  • The internal catalog already knows common key variants (address, owner, email, phone, organization), which helps find the right field depending on the naming.
