"Clear contacts" cleans a campaign of contacts not yet completed, while preserving those already sent or scanned. Handy for starting from a clean base without losing history.
Open the contacts' "Actions" menu in the campaign.
Click "Clear contacts."
Confirm in the "Clear contacts?" window.
Good to know
Removed: the campaign links of contacts with the Imported or Ready status, along with their QR codes (a printed QR for these contacts then stops working).
Kept: all contacts marked Sent or Scanned, which stay in the campaign with their QR.
The contact records themselves are never deleted: only their link to this campaign is removed. A contact that becomes orphaned (no longer attached to any campaign) can, however, be deleted.
The response indicates the number of contacts removed and the number kept as Sent.
